Paathravum poonilavum is a malayalam song in the movie Ingane oru nilapakshi. The Malayalam film Ingane Oru Nilapakshi was released in the year 2000. Sneha, who was then known as Manasi, made her acting debut in the film. This was a romantic comedy for the whole family. Salil Choudhari along with Andhara Choudhari contributed music for the song. Yusufali kechery wrote the lyrics. Kattassery Joseph Yesudas who is an Indian playback vocalist and musician who specializes in singing Indian classical, devotional, and film songs sang the song for the movie.
ഇനി ഒരു നിലാപക്ഷി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് പത്രവും പൂനിലാവും. 2000-ലാണ് ഇവിടെ ഒരു നിലാപക്ഷി എന്ന മലയാളം സിനിമ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയത്. അന്ന് മാനസി എന്നറിയപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന സ്നേഹ ആദ്യമായി അഭിനയിച്ചത് ഈ ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെയാണ്. ഇത് മുഴുവൻ കുടുംബത്തിനും ഒരു റൊമാന്റിക് കോമഡി ആയിരുന്നു. സലിൽ ചൗധരിയും അന്ധര ചൗധരിയും ചേർന്നാണ് ഗാനത്തിന് സംഗീതം നൽകിയത്. യൂസഫലി കേച്ചേരിയാണ് വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. ഇന്ത്യൻ ക്ലാസിക്കൽ, ഭക്തിഗാന, ചലച്ചിത്ര ഗാനങ്ങൾ ആലപിക്കുന്നതിൽ പ്രാവീണ്യം നേടിയ ഇന്ത്യൻ പിന്നണി ഗായകനും സംഗീതജ്ഞനുമായ കാട്ടാശ്ശേരി ജോസഫ് യേശുദാസാണ് ചിത്രത്തിനായി ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്.
