"Ormakale Ormakale Kaivala Charthi Varu Vimooka Vedhi" from the movie 'Pretheeksha' is the superhit song that has conquered the minds of the Malayalees with the lyrics of O. N.V Kuruppu composed by Saleel Chaudhary. The song was sung by K.J Yesudas, who proudly describes the Malayalees as Gana Gandharva with an irreplaceable voice. 'Pretheeksha' is a 1979 film directed by Chandrahasan and starring Madhu, Mohan Sharma, Adoor Bhavani and Sharada.
