Organizational Structure

Presentations | English

In any market, you can crush any competition by getting everyone in the organization rowing together in the same direction. An organizational structure is a framework that defines how certain tasks are directed in order to fulfil an organization's goals. These actions may involve the implementation of rules, roles, and duties. Having a plan in place may make things go more smoothly and provide everyone, no matter their position, a sense of direction. Each department will likely be more productive as a result of their increased attention to energy and time. What actions are directed to meet the organization's goals is described by the organizational structure you choose. Organizational structures that work clearly identify the job responsibilities of each individual and how they fit into the larger scheme. Structures with clear chains of command are more common, whereas those without clear chains of command allow nearly every employee to have considerable personal initiative. Organizational structures include functional, divisional, flatarchy, and matrix.
