“Onnakum Arumalakku “ is a song sung by P Jayachandran and P Madhuri for the movie Paapathinu maranamilla. This song was written by Vayalar Ramavarma and composed by G Devarajan. ‘G Devarajan – The Architect of Music’ – is the title of a book written by Perumpuzha Gopalakrishnan about G Devarajan. Music director G Devarajan could not be better described. This movie was directed by N Sankaran Nair and produced by K S Chandran under the banner of Suryakala movie makers.
പാപത്തിന് മരണമില്ല എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിന് വേണ്ടി പി ജയചന്ദ്രനും പി മാധുരിയും ചേർന്ന് പാടിയ ഗാനമാണ് “ഒന്നാകും ആറുമലക്ക്”. വയലാർ രാമവർമ എഴുതിയ ഈ ഗാനം ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയത് ജി ദേവരാജനാണ്. ജി ദേവരാജനെക്കുറിച്ച് പെരുമ്പുഴ ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണൻ എഴുതിയ പുസ്തകത്തിന്റെ തലക്കെട്ടാണ് ‘ജി ദേവരാജൻ – സംഗീതത്തിന്റെ ശില്പി’. സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ജി ദേവരാജനെ ഇതിലും നന്നായി വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കാനാവില്ല. എൻ ശങ്കരൻ നായർ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത ഈ ചിത്രം നിർമ്മിച്ചത് സൂര്യകല മൂവി മേക്കേഴ്സിന്റെ ബാനറിൽ കെ എസ് ചന്ദ്രനാണ്.
