Nunakkuzhikkavilil is a song from the movie Thara. It was sung by P Jayachandran. Jayachandran is a Kerala-based Indian playback vocalist and classical musician. Jayachandran is most renowned for his seductive voice, which has earned him the title of Bhava Gayakan among the South Indian music community. The lyrics were written by Vayalar Ramavarma and the music was composed by G. Devarajan. Thara is a Malayalam film from 1972, directed by M. Krishnan Nair and produced by M. Kunchacko. The film stars Prem Nazir, Sathyan, Sharada, and Usha in pivotal roles. The majority of Devarajan's successful songs were written by Vayalar Ramavarma. The Vayalar-Devarajan combo was the most successful team until Vayalar's death in the mid-1970s. Malayalis still recall hundreds of the team's songs fondly.
താര എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു ഗാനമാണ് "നുണക്കുഴി കവിളിൽ". പി ജയചന്ദ്രനാണ് പാടിയത്. ജയചന്ദ്രൻ കേരളത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ പിന്നണി ഗായകനും ശാസ്ത്രീയ സംഗീതജ്ഞനുമാണ്. തെന്നിന്ത്യൻ സംഗീത സമൂഹത്തിനിടയിൽ ഭാവഗായകൻ എന്ന പദവി നേടിക്കൊടുത്ത ജയചന്ദ്രൻ തന്റെ വശീകരണശബ്ദത്തിന് ഏറ്റവും പ്രശസ്തനാണ്. വയലാർ രാമവർമ എഴുതിയ വരികൾക്ക് ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് സംഗീതം. എം. കൃഷ്ണൻ നായർ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത് എം. കുഞ്ചാക്കോ നിർമ്മിച്ച 1972-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് താര. പ്രേം നസീർ, സത്യൻ, ശാരദ, ഉഷ എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ദേവരാജന്റെ വിജയകരമായ ഗാനങ്ങളിൽ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും എഴുതിയത് വയലാർ രാമവർമയാണ്. 1970 കളുടെ മധ്യത്തിൽ വയലാറിന്റെ മരണം വരെ വയലാർ-ദേവരാജൻ കോംബോ ആയിരുന്നു ഏറ്റവും വിജയകരമായ ടീം. ടീമിന്റെ നൂറുകണക്കിന് ഗാനങ്ങൾ മലയാളികൾ ഇപ്പോഴും സ്നേഹത്തോടെ ഓർക്കുന്നു.
