"Communication is undoubtedly the source of all of humanity’s social being. Without it, the world would go mute. However, we do not expand our own thought into thinking the act of communication could happen outside the world of words. Non-Verbal Communication plays a major role in our everyday life, with or without our knowledge. Be it the way our hands move when we converse or be it the way we walk, communication that is non-verbal is an everyday affair. It is quiet but that does not mean it does not convey everything that has to be conveyed in the first place and to make sure you are at your best while simply being might be a little stressful if you do not clearly understand this aspect of life.
