Non Disclosure Agreement - Project Discussion

Templates | English

When does a company need an NDA? In general, a company should execute an NDA before sharing any information the company would not want to become public or used, except for the limited purpose for which that information has been disclosed. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is a contract that requires the signer (the creative) to keep confidential and not to share any information pertaining to your project with anyone else. NDAs are 1-page documents electronically signed by each creative. Non-disclosure agreements are an important legal framework used to protect sensitive and confidential information from being made available by the recipient of that information. Companies and startups use these documents to ensure that their good ideas won't be stolen by people they are negotiating with.
