You have to give the other side a chance to put stuff on the table willingly. It is a strategic conflict. The best results come from effective communication skills; avoiding the risk of any misunderstanding. They contribute sign significantly to business success, as they help you build better relationships, deliver lasting and quality solutions rather than poor short term solutions that do not satisfy the needs of either party. It also helps you avoid future problems and conflicts. It is a decision making process by two parties with opposing interests. In conflict resolution, we use negotiation mostly to settle differences between management and unions through collective bargaining machinery. It’s all about change and you will be leading that change.
