Neelambhujam vidrannu is a malayalam song in the movie sathyavan savithri. P. G. Viswambaran directed Satyavan Savithri, a 1977 Indian Malayalam-language period drama film starring Kamal Haasan and Sridevi. The film was also dubbed in Tamil as Sathyavanthudu and Telugu as Sathyavanthudu. The music was composed by G. Devarajan. The Lyrics were written by Sreekumaran Thampi. In Malayalam cinema, Sreekumaran Thampi is a lyricist, music director, director, producer, and screenwriter. K. J Yesudhas who is often referred as Gaanagandharvan sung the song.
സത്യവാൻ സാവിത്രി എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് നീലാംഭുജം വിടർന്നു. പി.ജി.വിശ്വംബരൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത സത്യവാൻ സാവിത്രി, 1977-ൽ കമൽഹാസനും ശ്രീദേവിയും അഭിനയിച്ച ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാളം-ഭാഷാ കാലഘട്ടത്തിലെ നാടകചിത്രം. തമിഴിൽ സത്യവൻതുഡു എന്ന പേരിലും തെലുങ്കിൽ സത്യവന്തുഡു എന്ന പേരിലും ചിത്രം മൊഴിമാറ്റം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് സംഗീതം ഒരുക്കിയത്. ശ്രീകുമാരൻ തമ്പിയാണ് വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. മലയാള സിനിമയിൽ ഗാനരചയിതാവ്, സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ, സംവിധായകൻ, നിർമ്മാതാവ്, തിരക്കഥാകൃത്ത് എന്നീ നിലകളിൽ പ്രശസ്തനാണ് ശ്രീകുമാരൻ തമ്പി. ഗാനഗന്ധർവൻ എന്ന് വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന കെ ജെ യേശുദാസാണ് ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്.
