For a person to get completely efficient for a job role, he/she should be well trained. Some skills make them apt for certain employment opportunities. One can train oneself or even can mentor others so that they can develop these abilities. Tutoring can be given after getting to know the trainee well. Always have a plan about the sessions and practices that will be followed. By making use of active training process, the person can be made directly engaged into different activities such as quiz, discussions, workshops etc. Experiential learning techniques can be introduced by which the guide can be one among others and using role play, onboard training and simulations the method can be done. Promote the mentees ask questions. Also, by using videos, mentoring can be done. Gamification can be also used so that there will be more participation from the trainee side.
