Minnunnathellam Ponnalla

The song Minnunnathellam Ponnalla belongs to 'Kakkapponn'. The music was composed by G Devarajan and the lyrics were written by O N V Kurup. Devarajan was inspired by the Communist Party and decided to devote his artistic talents to popular music. He became a member of Kerala's once-famous theatre troupe, the Kerala People's Arts Club (KPAC). Devarajan's compositions had a lasting mark on the Malayali theatre scene, especially following Thoppil Bhasi's acclaimed KPAC piece Ningalenne Communistaakki in 1952. ONV Kurup has been in a number of dramas produced by the Kerala People's Arts Club (KPAC), which has made a significant contribution to Kerala's revolutionary struggles.
മിന്നുന്നതെല്ലാം പൊന്നല്ല എന്ന ഗാനം 'കാക്കപ്പൊന്ന്' എന്നതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. ഒ എൻ വി കുറുപ്പിന്റെ വരികൾക്ക് ജി ദേവരാജൻ സംഗീതം പകർന്നു. ദേവരാജൻ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ് പാർട്ടിയിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രചോദനം ഉൾക്കൊണ്ട് തന്റെ കലാപരമായ കഴിവുകൾ ജനപ്രിയ സംഗീതത്തിനായി സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ഒരുകാലത്ത് കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രശസ്തമായ നാടക ട്രൂപ്പായ കേരള പീപ്പിൾസ് ആർട്സ് ക്ലബ്ബിൽ (കെപിഎസി) അംഗമായി. 1952-ൽ തോപ്പിൽ ഭാസിയുടെ കെ.പി.എ.സി.യുടെ നീകളെന്ന കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റാക്കി എന്ന കൃതിയെ പിന്തുടർന്ന് ദേവരാജന്റെ രചനകൾക്ക് മലയാളി നാടകരംഗത്ത് ശാശ്വതമായ മുദ്ര പതിപ്പിച്ചു. കേരളത്തിന്റെ വിപ്ലവ പോരാട്ടങ്ങളിൽ നിർണായക സംഭാവനകൾ നൽകിയ കേരള പീപ്പിൾസ് ആർട്സ് ക്ലബ് (കെപിഎസി) നിർമ്മിച്ച നിരവധി നാടകങ്ങളിൽ ഒഎൻവി കുറുപ്പ് അംഗമായിരുന്നു.
