Mentoring

Presentations | English

A mentor is someone who is willing to help others by sharing their knowledge and experience, as well as providing proper guidance. A mentee is someone who uses a mentor to improve their health. In this process, there is a relationship at work. Generally, formal coaching is preferable to informal coaching because the goals set can be measured and well-defined. There are various mentoring techniques or models. A single mentee and his or her coach work one-on-one. A group method involves more than one mentor working with a group of mentees. Distance is an online method that does not require eye contact. When the relationship is flipped, the situation is reversed. The PowerPoint presentation provides a more detailed explanation.
