The marketing management process is based on the idea of exchange. Marketing is the process of satisfying the needs and wants of the consumers and it focuses upon the psychological and physical factors of marketing. It is the organisational discipline which focuses on the practical application of marketing orientation, techniques and methods inside enterprises and organisations and on the management of a firm’s marketing resources and activities.
