Maran korutha mala is a Malayalam song in the movie Alaudheenum Albuthavilakkum. I. V. Sasi directed Allauddinum Albhutha Vilakkum, a 1979 Indian fantasy film based on Aladdin's narrative. G. Devarajan composed the soundtrack for this version. Yusufali Kechery wrote the lyrics for the song. The song was sung by Kattassery Joseph Yesudas who is a playback vocalist and musician from India who specializes in Indian classical, religious, and film music.
