Mangalappalathan is a malayalam song in the movie madhuraswapnam. Madhura Swapanam, directed by M. Krishnan Nair and produced by K. P. Kottarakkara, is a 1977 Indian Malayalam film. Kamal Haasan, Ravikumar, Jayaprabha, Unnimary, Sukumari, Jose Prakash, and Prema appear in the film. M. K. Arjunan composed the film's music. It was a remake of Alludochadu, a Telugu film. The song was sung by P. Jayachandran. The lyrics were written by Sree Kumaran Thampi. Jayachandran is well renowned for his seductive voice, which has earned him the title of Bhava Gayakan from the South Indian music community.
മധുരസ്വപ്നം എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് മംഗളപ്പലതൻ. എം. കൃഷ്ണൻ നായർ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത് കെ.പി. കൊട്ടാരക്കര നിർമ്മിച്ച മധുര സ്വപ്നം, 1977-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാളം ചലച്ചിത്രമാണ്. കമൽഹാസൻ, രവികുമാർ, ജയപ്രഭ, ഉണ്ണിമേരി, സുകുമാരി, ജോസ് പ്രകാശ്, പ്രേമ എന്നിവർ ചിത്രത്തിൽ പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നു. എം കെ അർജുനനാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ സംഗീതം ഒരുക്കിയത്. തെലുങ്ക് ചിത്രമായ അല്ലുദോച്ചാഡുവിന്റെ റീമേക്ക് ആയിരുന്നു ഇത്. പി.ജയചന്ദ്രനാണ് ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്. ശ്രീ കുമാരൻ തമ്പിയാണ് വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. തെന്നിന്ത്യൻ സംഗീത സമൂഹത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഭാവഗായകൻ എന്ന പദവി നേടിക്കൊടുത്ത ജയചന്ദ്രൻ തന്റെ വശീകരണ ശബ്ദത്തിന് പ്രശസ്തനാണ്.
