“ Madiraakshi Nin” is a Malayalam song from the movie Swapnangal which was released in the year 1970. This song was sung together by the famous playback singers Ganagandharvan K J Yesudas and P. Madhuri. The lyrics for this song were written by Vayalar Ramavarma. This song was beautifully composed by music director G Devarajan. The film actors Geethanjali, Madhu, K. V. Shanthi, S. P. Pillai, DK Chellappan, Kanakasree and Ramachandran played the lead character roles in this movie.
1970-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ സ്വപ്നങ്ങൾ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് “മദിരാക്ഷി നിൻ”. ഈ ഗാനം പ്രശസ്ത പിന്നണി ഗായകരായ ഗാനഗന്ധർവൻ കെ ജെ യേശുദാസും പി.മാധുരിയും ചേർന്നാണ് ആലപിച്ചത്. വയലാർ രാമവർമയാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ജി ദേവരാജൻ മനോഹരമായി ഈ ഗാനം ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ചലച്ചിത്ര അഭിനേതാക്കളായ ഗീതാഞ്ജലി, മധു, കെ.വി.ശാന്തി, എസ്.പി.പിള്ള, ഡി.കെ.ചെല്ലപ്പൻ, കനകശ്രീ, രാമചന്ദ്രൻ എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്.
