Maayaayavanika neengi is a song from the drama Yudhabhoomi. G Devarajan master composed the song's music and the lyrics were written by O N V Kurup. G. Devarajan, also known as Devarajan master, was a carnatic vocalist and composer from India. He composed music for almost 300 Malayalam films, as well as many dramas, twenty Tamil films, and four Kannada films. It was released under Kalidasa Kalakendram which is a professional drama theatrical group founded by O. Madhavan. He is a well-known Malayalam theatre director, in Kollam, Kerala. This group was founded on 25 January 1963 as a society under the organisation, Paul Foundation.
യുദ്ധഭൂമി എന്ന നാടകത്തിലെ ഒരു ഗാനമാണ് മായായവനിക നീങ്ങി. ഒ എൻ വി കുറുപ്പിന്റെ വരികൾക്ക് ജി ദേവരാജൻ മാസ്റ്ററാണ് സംഗീതം നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ദേവരാജൻ മാസ്റ്റർ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ജി.ദേവരാജൻ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഒരു കർണാടക ഗായകനും സംഗീതസംവിധായകനുമായിരുന്നു. മുന്നൂറോളം മലയാള സിനിമകൾക്കും നിരവധി നാടകങ്ങൾക്കും ഇരുപത് തമിഴ് സിനിമകൾക്കും നാല് കന്നഡ സിനിമകൾക്കും അദ്ദേഹം സംഗീതം നൽകി. ഒ. മാധവൻ സ്ഥാപിച്ച പ്രൊഫഷണൽ നാടക സംഘമായ കാളിദാസ കലാകേന്ദ്രത്തിന് കീഴിലാണ് ഇത് പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയത്. കേരളത്തിലെ കൊല്ലത്ത് അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു മലയാള നാടക സംവിധായകനാണ്. പോൾ ഫൗണ്ടേഷൻ എന്ന സംഘടനയുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള ഒരു സൊസൈറ്റിയായി 1963 ജനുവരി 25 നാണ് ഈ ഗ്രൂപ്പ് സ്ഥാപിതമായത്.
