It doesn't matter whether they are introvert of extrovert, educated or uneducated, men or women all big business owners are good leaders. No matter what they believe in most of the political leaders have leadership skills. There are few common skills required for all leaders irrespective of their field. They clearly know where a particular action will take an individual or organisation. The plan of action is designed based on this vision. They see the big picture and are not bothered about the minor details. Leaders are well organised and disciplined. They believe in results. A leader has to manage, monitor and lead a group of people from different backgrounds. They have excellent people skills. They are innovative and adaptive to any change.
