Leadership

Presentations | English

"Born leader" is a phrase you've probably heard before. The phrase implies that the qualities that make a good leader are innate—you're either born with leadership skills or you're not. And it's true that some characteristics, such as charisma, humility, and a sense of humour, are inherited. Many people wonder how leaders know how to make the best decisions, especially when they are under a lot of stress. The process of making these decisions is based on a variety of experiences and encounters with a variety of situations, personality types, and unexpected failures. More importantly, the decision-making process necessitates a thorough understanding of the cause and effect of behavioural and circumstantial patterns; knowing the intelligence and interconnection points of the variables involved in these patterns enables a leader to confidently make decisions and project the probability of desired outcomes.
