The song from the 1990 film "Appu" is "Koothambalathil Vacho Kurumozhi Kunnil Vacho Kuppivala Chirichunarnnu". Sreekumaran Thampi wrote the lyrics and T. Sundararajan composed the music for the song. Sreekumaran Thampi wrote the story, screenplay and dialogues for the film, which was directed by Dennis Joseph. The film is produced by Seven Arts International Limited under the banner of Seven Arts.
1990 ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ "അപ്പു" എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു ഗാനമാണ് "കൂത്തമ്പലത്തിൽ വെച്ചോ കുറുമൊഴിക്കുന്നിൽ വെച്ചോ കുപ്പിവള ചിരിച്ചുടഞ്ഞൂ നിന്റെ കുപ്പിവള ചിരിച്ചുടഞ്ഞൂ". ശ്രീകുമാരൻ തമ്പി വരികൾ എഴുതി ടി.സുന്ദരരാജൻ ഈ ഗാനത്തിന് സംഗീതം നൽകി. ശ്രീകുമാരൻ തമ്പി കഥ,തിരക്കഥ,സംഭാഷണം എന്നിവ രചിച്ച ഈ ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത് ഡെന്നിസ് ജോസഫ് ആണ്. സെവൻ ആർട്സിന്റെ ബാനറിൽ സെവൻ ആർട്സ് ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ ലിമിറ്റഡ് ആണ് ഈ ചിത്രം നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
