Kerala council of ministers has a head, who is the Chief Minister of Kerala. They assemble at the Kerala Niyamasabha or Kerala Legislative Assembly for discussion and introduction of new bills with other elected members. The Kerala State Governor is also considered as a part of the Kerala Niyamasabha. The structure of this State Government is determined by the Constitution of India in the year of 1950. Each council of minister is assigned with different departments.
കേരള മന്ത്രിമാരുടെ കൗൺസിൽ തലവനാണ് കേരളത്തിന്റെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി. തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട മറ്റ് അംഗങ്ങളുമായി ചർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും പുതിയ ബില്ലുകൾ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി അവർ കേരള നിയമസഭയിൽ ഒത്തുകൂടുന്നു. കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ഗവർണറും കേരള നിയമസഭയുടെ ഭാഗമായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഈ സംസ്ഥാന ഗവൺമെന്റിന്റെ ഘടന 1950-ലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന നിർണ്ണയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഓരോ മന്ത്രിയ്ക്കും വ്യത്യസ്ത വകുപ്പുകളാണ് നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
