Music guides your audience and evokes the emotions underlying your film's storey, action, and dialogue. It is an excellent addition to any film. There has never been a "silent" film. Most music in films can be heard in the background of a scene, or it may take centre stage in an action sequence, but the right music makes a statement in either case.
