"Kannil vidarum ratharangal" is a malayalam song from the movie Kappela sung by Sooraj Santhosh and Swetha Mohan. Vishnu Shobhana wrote the lyrics for the song and the music of the film was composed by Sushin Shyam. Muhammad Musthafa wrote and directed Kappela, a 2020 Indian Malayalam-language social drama film (in his directorial debut). Vishnu Venu produced the film. Kadhaas Untold is his label. Anna Ben, Sreenath Bhasi, and Roshan Mathew star in this film. The plot revolves around a phone romance between Vishnu, an auto rickshaw driver, and Jessy, a village girl who has never met each other. Jessy is the older of two daughters from Poovaranmala, a small village in Wayanad's hinterland. Farming provides a living for this lower-middle-class family.
സൂരജ് സന്തോഷും ശ്വേത മോഹനും ചേർന്ന് ആലപിച്ച കപ്പേള എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാള ഗാനമാണ് "കണ്ണിൽ വിടരും രാത്രികൾ". വിഷ്ണു ശോഭനയുടെ വരികൾക്ക് സുഷിൻ ശ്യാം ആണ് സംഗീതം നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. മുഹമ്മദ് മുസ്തഫ 2020-ലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ മലയാള ഭാഷാ സാമൂഹിക നാടക ചിത്രമായ കപ്പേള എഴുതി സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തു (അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആദ്യ സംവിധാനത്തിൽ). വിഷ്ണു വേണു ആണ് ചിത്രം നിർമ്മിച്ചത്. കദാസ് അൺടോൾഡ് ആണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ലേബൽ. അന്ന ബെൻ, ശ്രീനാഥ് ഭാസി, റോഷൻ മാത്യു എന്നിവർ ഈ ചിത്രത്തിൽ അഭിനയിക്കുന്നു. ഓട്ടോ റിക്ഷാ ഡ്രൈവറായ വിഷ്ണുവും ഒരിക്കലും പരസ്പരം കണ്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ജെസ്സി എന്ന ഗ്രാമീണ പെൺകുട്ടിയും തമ്മിലുള്ള ഫോൺ പ്രണയമാണ് ഇതിവൃത്തം. വയനാട്ടിലെ ഉൾനാടൻ ഗ്രാമമായ പൂവാറന്മലയിലെ രണ്ട് പെൺമക്കളിൽ മൂത്തവളാണ് ജെസ്സി. ഈ താഴ്ന്ന ഇടത്തരം കുടുംബത്തിന് കൃഷി ഉപജീവനം നൽകുന്നു.
