1969ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മലയാളം ചിത്രം പഠിച്ചക്കള്ളൻ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ മനോഹരമായ ഗാനമാണ് “കണ്ണെന്റെ മുഖത്തോട്”. പിന്നണി ഗായകൻ സി ഒ ആന്റോയാണ് ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്. വയലാർ രാമവർമയാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. ഈ ഗാനം ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയത് സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ്. ചലച്ചിത്ര അഭിനേതാക്കളായ പ്രേം നസീർ, അടൂർ ഭാസി, മണവാളൻ ജോസഫ്, പാപ്പുക്കുട്ടി ഭാഗവതർ, ശ്രീലത നമ്പൂതിരി, ടി.ആർ.ഓമന, ആറന്മുള പൊന്നമ്മ എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്.
