"കണ്ണംപൊത്തിയിലേ കാട്ടുകുറിഞ്ഞില്ലേ ഞാൻ വിട്ട കള്ളനെ ഓടിച്ചാടി പിടിച്ച് വാ പിടിച്ചോണ്ടു വാ 1976-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ അമ്മിണി അമ്മാവൻ എന്ന മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു ക്ലാസിക്കൽ എവർഗ്രീൻ മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് കണ്ണമ്പൊത്തി. പ്രശസ്ത പിന്നണി ഗായകൻ കെ ജെ യേശുദാസും പി മാധുരിയും ചേർന്നാണ് കണ്ണംപൊതി പാടിയത്. മങ്കൊമ്പ് ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണനാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ജി ദേവരാജൻ മനോഹരമായി ഈ ഗാനം ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഹരിഹരനാണ് ഈ ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത്. എ പി കെ കൈമൾ ആണ് ഈ നിത്യഹരിത മലയാള ഭാഷാ ചിത്രം നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. അമ്മിണി അമ്മവൻ എഴുതിയത് പമ്മനാണ്. ചിത്രത്തിൽ ഗോപിയായി പ്രേം നസീറും അമ്മിണിയായി ജയഭാരതിയും ഭാസ്കരൻകുട്ടിയായി അടൂർ ഭാസിയും ശിവരാമൻ മേനോനായി തിക്കുറിശ്ശി സുകുമാരൻ നായരും ദേവകിയായി പ്രേമയും റേഞ്ചർ പരമുപിള്ളയായി ശങ്കരാടിയും അഭിനയിച്ചു. സിനിമയെയും പാട്ടിനെയും സിനിമാലോകത്തെ എല്ലാവരും ഹാർദ്ദവമായി സ്വീകരിച്ചു.
