Kanna kanna is a Malayalam song in the movie Veerabhadran. Veerabhadran is a Malayalam film directed by N. Sankaran Nair and produced by L. N. Potti that was released in 1979. Sukumari, Hari, Ambika, and Lalu Alex play the lead characters in the film. G. Devarajan composed the film's soundtrack. G. Devarajan, often known as Devarajan master, was an Indian music composer,and carnatic performer. The lyrics were given by L. N. Potti and the song was sung by Rajalakshmi. Rajalakshmy is a playback singer who earned a name for herself in the Malayalam cinema music industry in 2011 when she won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Playback Singer.
വീരഭദ്രൻ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് കണ്ണാ കണ്ണാ. എൻ. ശങ്കരൻ നായർ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത് എൽ.എൻ. പോറ്റി നിർമ്മിച്ച് 1979-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് വീരഭദ്രൻ. സുകുമാരി, ഹരി, അംബിക, ലാലു അലക്സ് എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദരേഖ ഒരുക്കിയത്. ദേവരാജൻ മാസ്റ്റർ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ജി. ദേവരാജൻ ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ സംഗീതസംവിധായകനും കർണാടക കലാകാരനുമായിരുന്നു. എൽ.എൻ.പോറ്റിയുടെ വരികൾക്ക് രാജലക്ഷ്മിയാണ് ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. 2011 ൽ മികച്ച പിന്നണി ഗായികയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ചലച്ചിത്ര അവാർഡ് നേടിയപ്പോൾ മലയാള സിനിമാ സംഗീത വ്യവസായത്തിൽ തന്റേതായ ഒരു പേര് നേടിയ പിന്നണി ഗായികയാണ് രാജലക്ഷ്മി.
