Kanjirottu kayalilo is a malayalam song in the movie Aniyara. Aniyara is a Malayalam film directed by Bharathan and produced by M. O. Joseph that was released in 1978. In the lead roles are Kaviyoor Ponnamma, Sankaradi, Bahadoor, and M. G. Soman. G. Devarajan composed the film's soundtrack. P. Bhaskaran wrote the lyrics for the song. P. Bhaskaran, also known as Pulloottupadathu Bhaskaran, was a Malayalam poet, lyricist of Malayalam film songs, and filmmaker. The song was sung by Nilamboor Karthikeyan.
അണിയറ എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് കാഞ്ഞിരോട്ട് കായലിലോ. ഭരതൻ സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത് എം.ഒ.ജോസഫ് നിർമ്മിച്ച് 1978-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് അണിയറ. കവിയൂർ പൊന്നമ്മ, ശങ്കരാടി, ബഹദൂർ, എം.ജി. സോമൻ എന്നിവരാണ് പ്രധാന വേഷങ്ങളിൽ. ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദരേഖ ഒരുക്കിയത്. പി.ഭാസ്കരനാണ് ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. പുല്ലൂട്ടുപാടത്ത് ഭാസ്കരൻ എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന പി. ഭാസ്കരൻ ഒരു മലയാള കവിയും മലയാള ചലച്ചിത്ര ഗാനങ്ങളുടെ ഗാനരചയിതാവും ചലച്ചിത്ര നിർമ്മാതാവുമായിരുന്നു. നിലമ്പൂർ കാർത്തികേയനാണ് ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്.
