Kanal mizhikalile' is a song in the malayalam movie Pavizha Muthu. Pavizha Mutthu is a Malayalam-language film directed by Jeassy and produced by Hari Pothan that was released in 1980. Sankaradi, Bahadoor, K. R. Vijaya, and M. G. Soman star in the film. G. Devarajan composed the film's soundtrack. The story was written by Sarah Thomas. She is also a recipient of Kerala Sahitya Akademi Award for Overall Contribution to Malayalam Literature. The Indian music composer and vocalist G. Devarajan contributed the music to the song. He scored music for more than three hundred Malayalam films, many dramas, and twenty Tamil and four Kannada movies. Pavizha Muth is a very popular malayalam film in Malayalam film industry.
പവിഴ മുത്ത് എന്ന മലയാള ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു ഗാനമാണ് 'കനൽ മിഴികളിലെ'. ജെസി സംവിധാനം ചെയ്ത് ഹരി പോത്തൻ നിർമ്മിച്ച് 1980-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ ഒരു മലയാളചലച്ചിത്രമാണ് പവിഴ മുട്ട്. ശങ്കരാടി, ബഹദൂർ, കെ.ആർ. വിജയ, എം.ജി. സോമൻ എന്നിവർ ചിത്രത്തിൽ അഭിനയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് ചിത്രത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദരേഖ ഒരുക്കിയത്. സാറാ തോമസാണ് കഥ എഴുതിയത്. മലയാള സാഹിത്യത്തിലെ സമഗ്ര സംഭാവനയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി അവാർഡും അവർ നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇന്ത്യൻ സംഗീതസംവിധായകനും ഗായകനുമായ ജി.ദേവരാജനാണ് ഗാനത്തിന് സംഗീതം നൽകിയത്. മുന്നൂറിലധികം മലയാള സിനിമകൾക്കും നിരവധി നാടകങ്ങൾക്കും ഇരുപത് തമിഴ്, നാല് കന്നഡ സിനിമകൾക്കും അദ്ദേഹം സംഗീതം നൽകി. മലയാള സിനിമാ വ്യവസായത്തിൽ ഏറെ പ്രശസ്തമായ മലയാളം ചിത്രമാണ് പവിഴ മുത്ത്.
