"Kalithozhuthil Pirannavane" is a Malayalam devotional song in Kerala. It is also a popular Christian Christmas Carol song. It was originally sung by P Susheela in the movie Saayoojyam which was released in 1979. The music was done by KJ Joy. KJ Joy has worked predominantly in Malayalam movie industry. He has worked in several movies like Mazha Peyyunnu Maddalam Kottunnu, Parayanumvayya Parayathirikkanumvayya. Yusufali Kecheri composed the lyrics for this song. He was also a poet, film producer and director who wrote during the modern era of Malayalam poetry. He has won the Odakkuzhal Award, the Kerala Sahitya Academy Award and the Vallathol Award.
