“Kaalam Sharathkaalam” is a Malayalam song from the movie Vivaha sammaanam which was released in the year 1971. This song was sung together by the playback singer A M Raja and chorus. The lyrics for this song were written by Vayalar Ramavarma. This song was beautifully composed by music director G Devarajan. The film actors Prem Nazeer, Sheela, Kaviyoor Ponnamma, K P Ummer, Adoor Bhasi, Thikkurissi Sukumaran Nair played the lead character roles in this movie. This movie was directed by J D Thottaan.
1971-ൽ പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയ വിവാഹ സമ്മാനം എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലെ ഒരു മലയാളം ഗാനമാണ് “കാലം ശരത്കാലം”. പിന്നണി ഗായകൻ എ എം രാജയും കോറസും ചേർന്നാണ് ഈ ഗാനം ആലപിച്ചത്. വയലാർ രാമവർമയാണ് ഈ ഗാനത്തിന്റെ വരികൾ എഴുതിയത്. സംഗീത സംവിധായകൻ ജി ദേവരാജൻ മനോഹരമായി ഈ ഗാനം ചിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ചലച്ചിത്ര അഭിനേതാക്കളായ പ്രേംനസീർ, ഷീല, കവിയൂർ പൊന്നമ്മ, കെ പി ഉമ്മർ, അടൂർ ഭാസി, തിക്കുറിശ്ശി സുകുമാരൻ നായർ എന്നിവരാണ് ചിത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത്. ജെ ഡി തോട്ടനാണ് ഈ ചിത്രം സംവിധാനം ചെയ്തത്.
