The procedure would result in maximum enhancement of the status of well being of the organisation in such a way that it promotes maximum profitability, productivity and ultimately the success of further growth of the entity. The main set of responsibilities handled by a strategist is that of formulating plans and revised strategies upon thorough research and analysis."
