Every chef prioritises a clean and functional kitchen. A steward helps maintain a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary, aids with dishwashing, and attends to the requirements of guests. Basic administrative functions, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and disseminating basic information, may also be performed by the steward. The responsibilities are as follows: Cleaning and decorating the tables, as well as adding seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths, Customers are greeted, seated, served water or glasses are refilled, and beverages are delivered from the bartender, Maintaining the cleanliness of menus and presenting them to customers, Providing napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments to wait staff service stations. Customer requirements will be addressed, wait staff will be assisted, all stations will be fully stocked, and all locations will be kept clean and sanitary. You'll wash and put away dishes, clean the floors and food prep areas, restock supplies, wipe tables, and dispose of trash. You must be committed to working hard and have the physical stamina to remain on your feet and moving for the duration of your shifts to be a great steward. Customers should find you friendly and helpful, and you should be able to work well with others.
