"A senior business analyst is a senior official in a certain organisation who's primary responsibility is to analyse and asses the business processes of the organisation and every single transaction pertaining to the same. Upon systematic analysis and examination, they identify every opportunity for improvement and formulate creative solutions for the same which could contribute to the enhancement of the company's productivity, efficiency and the entire firm as a whole. They not only ensure the formulation of strategies but also makes sure that every process takes its course in the most timely manner. They could either be employed in an organisation or could also be self employed. Senior business analysts have a number of different responsibilities to look into such as testing business functions and creating strategies for improvement."
