"Similar to safety coordinators, safety managers are also the ones in charge of ensuring maximums safety of the organisation by making sure that it works on the grounds of the rules and regulations it has to follow and thus complies with the guidelines set by several aspects such as legal, environmental, health and more. Added to it is the safety concern of the employees when at work which is examined and ensured by analysing their functioning and course of operation regularly. Making sure every operation complies with the set safely standards assure that the company or the organisational entity is safe from any trouble at all. Safety managers' most basic set of responsibilities include formulating safety policies, conducting awareness meetings and hence updating every member, recommending solutions to safety issues that arise and more."
