One who finds a project, arranges the finance, hire the key members and oversee the elements of pre-production, production and post-production. Usually there will be only one producer present for a TV show or a movie. Mostly they work in film sets, taking care of production logistics, and collaborate with director from the start to end point. They are one of the first people to start working on a film background. In pre-production the producer is involved in finding funds and investment for the film. With team of writers, he/she gets along to determine the director and may reach out to actors for leading roles. A successful producer can make sure that the production is on schedule and is within the budget. All aspects of physical production is supervised via production staffs.
