They are thoroughly involved in the design, development and implementation of systematic strategies and several other aspects of operations and management such as deciding both material and labour costs, overseeing activities as well as creating and maintaining good communication and relationships with other officials and departments too. The primary duties are inclusive of generating plans and strategies, overseeing the entire proceedings on a daily basis and ensuring timely submission and completion of all activities and operations."
