"A freelancer is someone who is self employed and not commited to any firm or organisation. They work for themselves and find work on their own where they associate with a firm or organisation temporarily. Like how the job title suggests, they work freely and without any permanent commitment to any entity. While usually employees are set to a team prescribed time and working hours, freelancers are to set them on their own while also performing other basic activities like setting the billing structure and ensuring the efficient performance of all of these processes. Freelancers can be of many types, ranging from writers to photographers. The main set of responsibilities and duties to be fulfilled by a freelancer are that of completing their assignments in a timely fashion and only after having done through research and reading, making sure that they are presented well, making sure that they are according to the prescribed guidelines and more."
