A documentation specialist is an individual responsible for the writing, distribution, collection, storage, and maintenance of a company’s documentation. In highly regulated industries, these activities are a requirement for regulatory compliance. As an enrolment advisor, your job is to help prospective students decide whether or not they want to apply for classes and programs at your school. In many cases, you also work as a career coach to help potential students understand the needs of the labour market and how likely they are to get a job with their degree.
