These individuals are employed throughout different types of industries, from aerospace to computer based, and hence plays a major role in the successful completion of operations and activities pertaining to the field of engineering in the very industry. The elementary set of responsibilities to be carried out and looked into by engineering technicians consist of a whole range of duties such as providing constant support and assistance to engineers during each and every activity or operation, to helping with modifying and generating brand new designs."
