A customer support manager (CSM) works to create positive brand experiences for existing customers in order to support company expansion goals and reduce the possibility for churn and contraction. As a customer service manager, you will make sure that the needs of customers are being met or exceeded. A service management degree program includes coursework in human resources, professional ethics and business administration.
