A customer support manager (CSM) works to create positive brand experiences for existing customers in order to support company expansion goals and reduce the possibility for churn and contraction. As a customer service manager, you will make sure that the needs of customers are being met or exceeded. Your aim is to provide and promote excellent customer service throughout the organisation you work for. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. Typically, the minimum required education for a service manager is a high school diploma or GED, although most companies prefer a bachelor’s degree. A service management degree program includes coursework in human resources, professional ethics and business administration.
