"A conciliator is a professionally trained individual who is capable of effectively communicating with other individuals who are going through a hard time or are simply disturbed for one or the other reason that they reject or are unable to form solutions to situations that may be a conflict of some nature. They engage in actively listening and paying heed while also initiating negotiations with them and hence offer their guidance and solution to the presented issue. A conciliator works beyond simply hard skills. A strong expert will dwell in their unique set of soft skills and communication skills to connect with the other individual in a way that they are capable of trusting in you. One must conducts sessions and also analyse one’s findings to later come up with special solution."
