Client service executives act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments for their organization. They interact with clients through email, telephone, and in-person meetings, as well as interact with other employees to resolve customer concerns. Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met. Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, business development executives play an integral role in companies’ longevity. The idea is to help the new client understand that he or she has a support team that is in place for the long haul. Depending on the desires of a customer, client servicing may include phone calls. Quality efforts in client servicing involve maintaining regular contact with the customer.
