Choirs are mainly musical performance, which is led by a conductor (choir director) who leads with arm, hand and facial gestures. He or she oversees the activities of choir and is responsible for coordinating rehearsals, establishing schedules, setting rules and selecting resources, like musical pieces. Their duties are to instruct the choir members to warm before both rehersals and performances. The director decides about musical pieces based on venue and location. Decision about dress code with proper guidelines is enforced and auditions are managed inorder to select suitable choir members. Whether the members attend every rehersal properly is also checked by this job position. Best choir members are chosen by these directors for individual solos. Proper guidance is estimated by providing assistance in achieving correct tone, pitch, rhythm, tempo and harmony. They always motivates members to enhance their skills.
