Working creatively with visual effects is the main job role of an animator. Everything from videogames to films, television and mobiles, animation is ruling all forms of media. They tend to work in 2D, 3D model-making and computer generated animation with images which could be digital or hand-drawn. Basic skill relies upon the artistic ability and involves a number of stages like generating ideas, building models and rigging lighting. Firstly a storyboard is created with script and narrative followed by 2D sketch drawing or illustrations. Developing the timing and pace of moving characters and ensuring they follow sound track and audio. Technical software helps in building accurate, frame-by-frame visuals. Working with editors is an important part to align dialogues with various layers of animation.
