Jealousy Vs Envy - Template 01

Images | English

As a variant of ensure, insure made its way into the English language. In the mid-1600s, however, insure came to mean "to pay a sum to secure indemnity to or on, in case of loss, damage, or death." In general, the terms ensure and insure are interchangeable, but insure today is distinguished by its financial sense. We mostly use the word insure to refer to providing or obtaining insurance. Both tangible and intangible objects (such as a possession) can be the source of jealousy and envy (like a certain status, position, skill, trait, or relationship). Although the terms jealousy and envy are often used interchangeably, there is often a distinction made in terms of the amount of negativity.
