"Laws are simply set of rules established and enforced by government through which a society operates. It tells the society how to behave and act respecting the system. The establishment of these laws are mainly affected by social, economic and political considerations. The goals of a legal framework is to protect human rights, help in resolving conflicts, promotion of order and stability, representing the will of majority, promoting fairness and promoting rights of minority. Two kinds of laws are mainly criminal and civil. Purpose of criminal law is to regulate public conduct and duty assigned to protect ourselves by the government. Usually cases of criminal charges are filed by the state for the protection of people. Civil laws are established to regulate relation between individuals and for settlement of private disputes. Laws are passed following number of steps that is, a bill is designed, analysed and majority voting is counted and finally the higher authority of the nation passes a bill and law is made.
