The definition of motivation is the reasons behind your actions or the intensity of your desire. Behavior is activated by biological, emotional, social, and cognitive influences, which together make up motivation. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are the two primary forms. All forms of motivation that are fueled by internal rewards are referred to as intrinsic motivation.
