Presentations | English

Internet security is a branch of computer security, which deals specifically with the Internet. In which most browser security is included, but the most common is network security, which also applies to other applications or operating systems. Its task is to establish ways to thwart internet attacks and to keep equipment secure. The Internet is a non-secure way of exchanging information, which makes it vulnerable to various types of frauds, online viruses, Trojans, etc. TCP/IP can be secured by cryptographic methods and security protocols. These protocols include Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), later replaced by Transport Layer Security/TLS, and PGP or Pretty Good Privacy for email. /PGP) and IPsec for the network security layer. A firewall is used to prevent ports that users have not authorised among the ports for data entering and exiting the machine. Most users utilise the operating system's software firewall, and when utilising a router, it's usually a built-in firewall.
