Integrity in Public Life

Presentations | English

“When you are able to maintain your own highest standards of integrity- regardless of what others may do, you are destined for greatness” – Napoleon Hill. Integrity is one of the highly valued traits that one possesses, whether in public or personal life. A person with integrity means the one who lives in accordance to ones deepest value. He or she demonstrates sound moral principles and does the right thing irrespective of the situation. Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. Integrity in public life is an essential component in establishing trust and loyal relationship between citizens and government. Integrity in public life will help to take actions and solve problems based on how the decision will benefit others, rather than how it will make them look in public. A person who lacks integrity will take actions as a performance to be rated for approval from public rather than doing the best for the community. The presentation will give further insight on the topic.
