The term simply means honesty and keeping up moral values. Some ethical values help you demonstrate integrity at work place like always being ready to work, being a role model, respect other peoples' opinion, always respond to any unethical behavior, and also address any conflict with honesty and respect. Always be responsible for all the activities you do also be punctual to finish them on time. Maintain the dignity by keeping all the confidentialities to yourself rather than spreading them outside the firm. Be brave to meet all the daily challenges.
